What time do I need to Check-Out?
Checkout needs to be complete by 11:00AM.
How much do you charge for Wi-Fi?
We provide free basic Wi-Fi for all guests of the lodge.
Where's the pool?
Our indoor pool is located just beside the Big Sky lobby, and our outdoor pool is located east of the Huron lodge.
Do you allow pets?
We do allow dogs under 35 lbs to stay in our rooms; special arrangements are made for guests staying at the lodge while competing in a breed show. $25 fee & please make front desk aware of the additional guest.
How do I arrange for bike / jetski / kayak / stand-up paddle board rental?
All rentals can be arranged at our front desk; watersports vehicles and supplies are kept at the Marina, and bicycles for rent are kept at the Lodge.
Is there somewhere to store my bicycle?
You’ll find multiple bike racks throughout the Sawmill campus;
Can rooms be upgraded at the time of my arrival?
Room upgrades depend on availability, but when available can be activated at Check-In.
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
We accept cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After that, we charge 1 nights stay plus tax.
How close is the Resort to Cedar Point / Kalahari / Other Destinations?

Is there a room service menu?

Do you have a business center?
Yes, we have a 24-hour business center available with copier, fax, data ports and working space (nominal fee).
Is there a fitness center on-site?
Yes, we have a 24-hour free workout facility featuring treadmill, stationary bikes and free weights.
I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
Please call the front desk to be directed to the appropriate point of contact.
What forms of payment are accepted for room charges?
We accept all major credit cards, company checks and cash. No personal checks please.
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
