Learn about the land, river, plants, and animals of the Vermillion River Valley while testing your strength and resilience. Nature-lovers and thrill-seekers alike will be engaged in an interactive experience that tells a story as you make your way through the forest canopy, an experience that makes our Zip-Lining so much more than a weekend thrill ride.
Zip-Lining cost includes all safety equipment and a short training session.

Waivers and Release Forms
Every participant must sign a Waiver and Release Form. Participants younger than 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. The minimum age is 10 years old. Children between the ages of 10-15 must be accompanied by a participating adult and must be able to navigate through the tour without the help of the adult. Children 16 and up are permitted to do the course without an adult as long as they have had their parent/legal guardian/grandparent sign the Waiver and Release Form.
Safety Guidelines and Disclaimers
- Guides reserve the right to exclude anyone from participation for medical or safety reasons, as well as for other concerns at their discretion.
- Participants must weigh between 70 and 250 pounds. Zip lining is suitable for people of reasonably good health with average strength and mobility, as it is a rugged outdoor experience.
- Proper footwear must be worn: participants must wear closed-toed/closed-heeled, secured, athletic footwear. Participants wearing sandals, flip-flops, crocs, slippers, or similar shoes will not be allowed to run the course.
- No one impaired by alcohol or drug use will be allowed to participate. No one pregnant or who thinks they may be pregnant will be permitted to participate.
Before embarking on the course, participants must complete a short training at our Ground School by demonstrating the ability to observe and respond to guide signals, control their speed by applying downward pressure with a gloved hand to a steel cable, maintain proper zip-lining posture, and to pull themselves along a short length of cable. Those who fail to pass Ground School will not be permitted to participate.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour start time to allow for check-in and flight preparation. If you are late you may not be able to join your tour. Your tour and guide will leave as scheduled whether you are there or not.
No refunds are given for late arrivals. If you arrive late and we have to start your tour without you, we’ll make every effort to put you on a later tour if there is availability.
If changes need to be made to your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must exceed 24 hours before your scheduled tour in order for a full refund, or we will reschedule your visit.
Under 24 hours all reservations are considered final and no refund will be given, but a rain check can be given for the number of participants. Much preparation is required and expenses are incurred to accommodate each scheduled tour and due to limited space others have likely been turned away for your tour time.
Rain checks expire one year from the scheduled tour.
If your tour is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, we will reschedule your tour for another available time, or give you a full refund.
No refunds will be issued if participants are denied access to the course for failure to meet screening or participation requirements (including exceeding the maximum weight requirement), choose to depart the course early, or are removed from the course for their inability to follow guides’ instructions or to participate safely.
